If purchased from Vitalast, simply send the empty bottle and a copy of your invoice to: Vitalast, Box 385, Pound Ridge, NY 10576. Please be sure your name, address, and order number are clearly legible on the copy of the invoice. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date. Return limited to one bottle per customer, per product.* Shipping fees are non-refundable. A $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if the order was shipped to you with promotional free shipping.** For fastest response, please also send us an email letting us know that the return is on its way.

If purchased from GNC, you may return the empty bottle either by mailing it back to gnc.com or by taking it to any GNC location, within 30 days of invoice date. Complete details on GNC’s return policy are available here.

* If your order included two bottles of the same product at a promotional price, you can get a refund for the full price paid for both bottles, as long as one bottle is still factory sealed. To get your refund, mail us the empty used bottle, and the complete unopened second bottle, along with a copy of your invoice as described above.
